Lesson 201- The Basis of health
The real true basis for health is taking in what your body needs and not taking in what it does not need. This sounds amazingly simple but for many of us this has been very difficult to accomplish. I think the biggest thing that has been keeping us from being truly healthy is really a lack of knowledge. This is not to say that we a dumb but really to say that we have never been exposed to the correct information regarding our true health. All of our lives and also the lives of our ancestors going back for many generations have been surrounded by bad information. If you have read all of the previous lessons then you have a new level of knowledge that many others do not. You at least have a basic idea of what we have been doing wrong. You also should have a basic idea of what our proper diet should be. In the next lessons I will outline more specifically the things that I believe we should be getting in our diet as well as the things that are toxic to us – in other words the things we should not be taking into our body. In the next lesson I will start out by talking about out calorie requirements – Go to Lesson 202- human calorie requirements.
